I ordered flowers from MI for my daughter. On-line ordering was quick and easy. The florist was out of a particular flower for the arrangement I ordered, but quickly gave me a call and found a suitable substitution. The end result was an absolutely lovely bouquet. I also want to recognize the delivery person, who cared enough not to just leave the flowers on the doorstep in the cold. I would definetly use this florist again in the future. Incredible people here. I was appalled at the treatment that I received at other florists. As if walk in traffic was so strange they were bothered by me coming into their store to place an order. I walked into Hermitage Florist and felt like family. Thank you.
Walked in looking for a nice arrangement for my wife but nothing was on display, staff said they were really busy. They had everything needed to make an arrangement but staff was more interested in eating lunch than making a sale.
I ordered flowers from an online pic from Mi. To Tenn for my mom's birthday. I did a screenshot is what I ordered. Supposed to be white and pink roses in a tea cup. My brother sent me a pic of what she got. They used pink carnations instead of roses. Very disappointed.
Called to ask about a large wedding and set up an appointment. She had none available. Which is fine. I still asked if I could come in for 10-15 minutes to just discuss colors and type of flowers available. She said she had no time for that. She had other things to do. They do not have time for weddings or large orders. They'd rather do small time work. I'll go where someone has time for their customers.
