Took my watch in for battery change last weekend. Shelly, who I believe is the owner, noticed a very small hand on my watch face that was loosened after changing the battery- nothing I would've noticed. she felt like this was something she accidentally damaged with the battery change. Not only did she have it repaired for free, she nailed it back to me quickly with insurance protection- going above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend if you are in the area!
