My new car didn't come with a jack or a wrench. These guys changed my tire faster than I could with a jack lol. I was able to pay online before they arrived. Best service ever!!!
Do not call this number if you are actually stranded on the side of the road. I was in need of a jumpstart in my driveway. Was told by the man on the phone they would arrive in 30-45 minutes. Two hours went by and no show. I called the phone number and after a 5 minute waiting period, was directed to a message saying the office was closed. Was desperate and continued to call for over an hour to receive the same message about the office being closed, for a 24 hour service. Also never got a call back saying why they didn't show.
Dead battery. Prompt ( arrived in 20-30 minutes), knowledgeable service at reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
I am not usually one to write a review but after my WONDERFUL experience today with Nashville Roadside Assistance i had to share it with the world. I am a nurse and work alot of hours and do not have time to deal with auto repair shops ( which have ALWAYS overcharged me and said i needed things repaired and i did not : ( ) . I needed a battery replaced today while i was at work. I live 35 miles away from my job so i did not have anyone close to help me and i sure do not know how to replace a battery. Well i called Nashville Roadside Assistance and WOW, they returned my call within minutes, they came to my work and replaced my battery very fast. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a mechanic. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable, fast and efficient, and at an EXCELLENT PRICE!!! I am so grateful to have found this AMAZING mechanic who will definitely be on my speed dial for future needs. It feels really good that there are still GOOD people out there that are truly honest and fair and extremely friendly. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.
